I am dedicated to providing comprehensive support to children, adolescents and their families. With a holistic and family-centered approach, I work collaboratively with parents, teachers and other professionals to address a wide range of psychological, educational and emotional challenges.
For Children and Adolescents:
Psychological Assessments
Psychological assessments are a crucial step in understanding and addressing the unique needs of children and adolescents. I combine formal psychological assessment instruments, clinical interviews and clinical observations to pinpoint the exact nature of their difficulties and develop tailored intervention strategies, in collaboration with parents and other professionals.
Specialised Learning Support
Every child learns at their own pace. I create personalised learning plans that take into account each child's individual needs and strengths. I work closely with parents, teachers and other professionals to ensure a continuous and comprehensive approach to support your child's growth.
Psychological Consultations for Children (< 12yo)
It is through play that children explore their inner world. It provides a safe and supportive environment for them to express their feelings, process challenging experiences, and develop problem-solving skills. I work with children and also with their caregivers to ensure that the child's needs are at the forefront of the intervention.
Psychological Consultations for Adolescents
Adolescence is a period marked by significant physical, emotional and social development. I provide adolescents with a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours, helping them understand their changing identities, develop coping mechanisms and build meaningful connections with others.
Career & Vocational Guidance
Career/Vocational guidance helps adolescents and young adults to explore their self-knowledge, professional interests, skills and values, while connecting them with the professional world to make informed academic and career decisions. My role is to help clarify career decisions through psychological assessment instruments that foster reflection, and to connect them with relevant mentors and resources.

Psychological Consultations
Through therapy, adults can acquire a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns of behavior. This self-awareness leads to improved emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and more effective communication. We can work together to uncover your unique strengths and challenges, in a judgment-free and supportive therapeutic setting.
Parental Counselling
Creating a positive family environment starts with prioritising parental well-being. Parental Counselling can offer a secure environment for parents to address their emotional struggles, to create strategies that support their child's development and promote a harmonious home.
